OUR STORY

Founded in 1998, Norwest Foods International Ltd

Norwest Foods set its ambitions high with the desire to become a market leader in the import and export of fresh and frozen meat. Whilst our initial trading activity focused on trade between the UK and the EU, this approach combined with our reputation, experience, and reliability, has allowed us to build a strong and reputable presence trading across all continents.

Commercial

Since the company’s inception Norwest Foods have successfully developed a far-reaching and expansive supply of various proteins. This enables our commercial team to offer a broad range of customers a diverse selection of quality and safe products, both fresh and frozen, at competitive prices.

Logistics

At Norwest Foods we have a highly experienced team within our Logistics department, specialising in the movement of fresh and frozen meat products across the globe. As our business has grown, we have streamlined our processes and hand-picked our team to ensure we have a varied skillset across the department.

Technical 

Norwest Foods is dedicated to ensuring that all operational activities, storage and distribution meet the highest standards. We maintain our Quality Management Systems and controls to ensure our clients specific requirements are satisfied in line with industry best practices, customer considerations and to GFSI benchmarks

Finance 

The finance department at Norwest Foods is primarily tasked with the stewardship of the company’s income, expenditure and controlling its assets and liabilities. As a company operating across the globe, we deal with multiple currencies and utilise many banking platforms to ensure our trading activity is not prohibited by finance.
